  Honestly, I do not understand why people complain about this bank. I have been there multiple times and the staff has never been anything else but friendly and helpful. Yes, there is an issue with the ATM withdrawal but it has to do with the location of the ATM machine and not with any bank services!

  The staff here are great. Very kind, attentive, and helpful. There can be a wait sometimes since there’s only one teller available at a time, but it’s not too bad.
