“was intimidated at first because it’s a cafe in seaport- those can get a little fancy. however, the folks who work there are super friendly, they have public use restrooms for folks who work outdoor jobs, and the baristas kill it every time (Mikayla makes some of THE best drinks i’ve ever had). expensive if you don’t have a capital one card, but they do a fair number of summer deals!”

“Just got an auto loan from MBCU. Maureen V. made the process a breeze. She was on top of everything. She followed up through emails and phone calls on a timely manner. She explained everything during closing. The loan has a disability/life insurance attached in case something bad happened so my family isn't burdened by the loan. The MBCU rate was better than the dealership's who tried very hard for me to go with them because it would cut out the "middle man". Whenever I had a question, I would email them and they always responded with a day or two.”

“This review is long overdue so I’m sorry it’s taken me this long to write it. I always have a pleasant experience at this branch of Eastern Bank. On one particular occasion, my (new) husband and I came in to change my name on all of our accounts to my married name, add my name to an account which was previously just my husband’s, along with depositing money and getting new bank cards printed for our multiple accounts with my new name. It was a long tedious to do list! The Operations Associate, Christopher, took all of these tasks on with a smile! He was so kind and friendly (even recommended a good place to grab breakfast sandwiches). He had to have spent at least 30 minutes to an hour helping us and was patient and helpful the entire time! I’m sorry this review took so long to get written, but I wanted to make sure he gets the recognition he deserves because he’s an all star employee! I wish all bank associates could be as friendly, helpful, and outgoing as he was! Thanks Christopher!!”
