Everyone was very kind! Quick and efficient service. I made a withdrawal and got a new debit card all in less than 10 minutes from start to finish.

ATM only had $100 bills on a Friday less than an hour after closing!!! WTH?!? Try breaking that in Boston! And all other Citizens ATMs even close by are closed or non-existent. Waste of my time. Shame on Citizens.

HORRIBLE. entire ATM shut down with my card inside. Never got the card back. I think it scammed my card because the ATM came back online and pretended it wasn’t broken to take more cards. Do not use.
