The worst customer service. The branch manager was rude and incompetent. My brother and I provided the appropriate documentation to close and account and she refused to help us. Please fire this woman ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!

People there either seem incompetent and don’t understand English well. Called customer service as well and the same experience.
I already filed a complaint via phone call to them & I was transferred twice. Unreal.
