“I visited the Bank of America branch at 1104 Massachusetts Ave, Boston, MA yesterday with my elderly mom while having a truly terrible day. I walked in feeling overwhelmed and upset, and honestly didn’t even know if I had the patience to deal with anything else. Ms. Adelia Rocha, the manager, greeted us with such a receptive, inviting demeanor that I immediately felt a little more at ease. She was patient, calm, and genuinely kind — not rushed, not dismissive, and not treating us like “just another customer.” She listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and handled our concerns with real professionalism and compassion. What stood out most is that Ms. Rocha didn’t just solve a banking issue — she somehow calmed me down. By the time we left, I was actually smiling, which is rare for me in situations like that. I felt seen, respected, and cared for. I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience meant enough that I had to. Thank you, Ms. Rocha, for making my day better when I really needed it. And thank you, Bank of America, for having leaders who truly care about customers.”
