What kind of store will not price mathc their own website ? Nothing on the workers part this is clearly a problem higher up that should be fixed. I can understand 3rd parties but not price matching your own website is frustrating and lacks common sense , putting stress on the workers cause im sure people complain ofter.

I stopped by just recently today, Friday, 1/3/2025 at 7:15PM and it was closed. Google hours reflect an 8PM closing, but one of the store windows reflects a 7PM closing. When I arrived the store had all their lights off, with two cashiers standing behind the cashiers and two people that looked like customers trying on shoes, all while it was dark in there. I am still confused.
Please clarify your hours as soon as possible; I came to Faneuil hall today for this one store and could have saved the money and time instead.

Great store to get your Crocs merchandise. My son bought a few Croc charms to decorate his shoes. I guess that is the “thing” these days!

“Croc ? Heaven”
I love ❤️ this store . It’s croc ? heaven. The sales associates are friendly and helpful . Even the security guard is helpful . No parking ?️, no public bathrooms , the cost is standard for crocs . They honor the sales like on their website.

Emily was SUPER helpful!! She was so kind and patient with my non English speaking parents. She also said 20 mins past closing time to help us, so kind. 10/10 customer service.
