Crocs at Faneuil Hall is a very large store described as Croc heaven. The sales associates and staff are consistently noted as friendly, helpful, super helpful, kind, and patient, providing amazing and incredible customer service that makes for the best and memorable experiences. The store offers Crocs shoes and a variety of charms, including special ones like a Boston Celtics charm. The cost is standard for Crocs and they honor sales on their website. A noted drawback is that there is no parking and no public bathrooms. Some customers find better online deals, noting the store does not always honor its own online prices.
Good variety too bad the customer service isn’t great, Ikran at the front desk is super rude. She wanted us to round up and since we were confused at first on what she was asking she just kept rolling her eyes and sighting. Great store but not good employees.

Great experience!! Friendly and helpful staff. Em and Mo are the best. They both went out of their way to tell me different deals and even went to the back and deep dived for the last pair of clearance shoes in my size <33 so kind
