Let's start with the app. The app and texts from CVS don't reflect what's actually happening with my prescriptions, what's been filled, how many refills I have left, telling me it's too early to order when little to my knowledge because I'm forced to call the store and fight off a panic attack while I wait for someone to call me back I'm told that they've ordered my meds and the app and texts are wrong and to call. I'm not an entitled customer complaining to the manager about my meal. These medications keep me alive. Tell corporate to get their act together. This store is perpetually understaffed and people that fill in aren't communicated with which leads to more anxiety and chaos. It's even more anxiety provoking having my only option to be is to leave a voicemail and then to wait an hour or longer for someone who may or may not know what they're talking about to call me back because the app is completely unreliable and the texts are inaccurate half the time.

Seems like a typical CVS but then you have Obaida working there who is truly a gem. I first noticed her care, patience, and kindness to elderly customers and then experienced it myself. Thanks again, Obaida!

Came here for a vaccine and they didn’t even help. They said they’re going to have lunch soon but it was 1pm and they had time they just didn’t want to do it and send me back and I needed that vaccine. Terrible.

Pharmacy never answers the phone. They're always short-staffed and service is always slow. I give two stars only because there are a couple pharmacists that are nice and actually try to help and I feel terrible for them because they're clearly overworked, surrounded by bad staff, and not supported by corporate like they should be.
Also, CVS is constantly out of common prescription medications, so much so that I have to go to Walgreens even though CVS would be cheaper with my insurance. They are a bad company all around.

My friend went to get allergy medication, she grabbed the card, that said $13 for 12 pills. She did not realize that they gave her the wrong one, and they charged her for $30, not realizing that they gave her the 30 pills. (So they didn't look at the box before handing it to her or the card she gave them) She went to exchange it so she can get the correct one that she wanted. And they would not refund her and they will not accept it an unopened box. They also did not tell her that she could not return it at the pharmacy. After purchasing. Even if it was their mistake in the first place.

The pharmacy had a nasty attitude towards me when I asked a simple question about a vaccine.

I went to pick up some shampoo because I had a coupon, and the self-checkout machine started beeping at me after I scanned a few items. Once I was finally able to get the cashier’s attention, she was extremely rude and accused me of stealing. I explained that I had scanned everything, but she didn’t believe me and wouldn’t stop harassing me until I literally took everything out of my tote bag and showed her that I was not attempting to steal anything. She didn’t even apologize. Their products are overpriced anyway. I recommend that anyone that wants to buy things without getting harassed just go to Star Market or Target (or order on Amazon).

They have many things locked up. Staff never respond when you push the button to get something out of the case. You have to go find someone and then maybe they have the key, maybe they don’t. It’s incredibly frustrating to shop here, so I avoid it if I can.
