For three months now, the printer has either not been working or has been working very poorly. The mouse is terrible, and as a result, you first spend ten minutes trying to complete the process on the computer, then wait another ten minutes while the staff try to figure out what to do, and leave with nothing!

Seems like a typical CVS but then you have Obaida working there who is truly a gem. I first noticed her care, patience, and kindness to elderly customers and then experienced it myself. Thanks again, Obaida!
