I have two kiddos and tolerated this location as my pharmacy to pickup their meds. I've never had a seamless experience but put up with the suboptimal service given proximity to my house. 2x in a row they've called saying a Rx is ready (two separate instances). I showed up and not only is it not ready, they don't even have the medication in stock. As a parent with a sick kiddo, this is super frustrating. I am switching pharmacies today and never stepping foot in this location. Not sure if this is a CVS or staff issue... not even sure if they care. Adios, CVS!

This is the single worst pharmacy experience I have ever had in my life. The staff are consistently rude. They also, without fail, lie about when a prescription will be ready every single time. I’ll drop one off and come back 2+ hours after they say it will be ready and it still won’t be ready.I can forgive some incompetence but when combined with their rude behavior it’s inexcusable. Will not be returning and strongly urge others to avoid this pit at all costs.

So many products are now locked up!First of all, this new system makes it impossible to pop in and quickly pick something up from the drugstore. Furthermore, the locked cases make it harder to find the item you are looking for because you have to be staring directly at an item to see it. If theft is such a huge issue, CVS is going to have to figure out a better system that doesn't annoy the living daylights out of their paying customers.

The absolute WORST pharmacy phone tree experience. Today, got automatically hung up on 3x - 9 minutes each for 2 and then 2 minutes for other. My brother, who is a doctor, waited on line for 17 minutes and also got hung up on. In the name of efficiency, they dont give a damn about their pharmacy customers anymore - we're all just dollars.

Don't trust the displayed hours for the pharmacy, these disrespectful, irresponsible and not professional people close and open the pharmacy whenever they want. I have no words. They are more than 40 mins late for the opening this morning

I went to get a gift card and I go to redeem it and it’s not activated correctly. The other CVS I go to doesn’t have this issue. I go ask them for help and they said they can’t.

Ever since they limited their pharmacy hours, picking up prescriptions here is a bit of a nightmare. Even in the middle of the day, you can expect to wait 20+ minutes in line (usually longer). I came on a Friday at 3 and there were approx. 30 people in line. If you do fill prescriptions here, carve out ample time to wait.

Prior to the change in pharmacists my prescriptions were auto refilled and I had no issue. Today I call the pharmacy as I have gone without my prescription for 2 weeks and contacted my doctor for a refill who told me to contact the pharmacy. I was on call waiting for 20m and when I asked why this prescription was not auto refilled I was met with flippant disregard for my concerns and a pharmacist that had to audacity to complain to me about having other people to attend to. If I wasn't in walking distance with this pharmacy I would change. It was much better run when Miriam was the pharmacist

DO NOT SEND YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE!!!!! They will lose track of it and not add it to the system. There have been times where I go here every day for 7-10 days in a row, having to call my doctor to resend prescriptions every. Single. Day. I will get my medications almost two weeks late every time I come in here and they tell me that I made a mistake but I've never, ever had issues like this at any pharmacy in the country. (I have lived coast to coast at this point) This place is wildly mismanaged and unprofessional and I have no idea how any of these people got a job here or a degree in general. They don't answer the phones and lose crucial patient information every single day. Not only this CVS, but every CVS has officially lost my business. These guys are a joke.

I had an incredibly unpleasant experience speaking with a CVS pharmacy representative today. The woman I spoke to was not only rude but also highly unhelpful. They seemed disinterested in assisting me and were quick to dismiss my questions. Instead of addressing my concerns, they repeatedly encouraged me to visit the CVS website for information, which was not what I was looking for. It felt like they just wanted to get me off the phone without addressing my needs. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and it left me feeling frustrated and unheard. I hope CVS takes steps to improve their customer service because no one should have to go through such a disappointing experience.
