DoubleTree by Hilton Boston Bayside offers a mixed experience for guests. Many appreciate the friendly and accommodating staff, particularly highlighting the exceptional service provided by team members like Kingsley, Kira, and Joi. Guests find the rooms clean, spacious, and comfortable, with amenities such as a TV, coffee machine, refrigerator, and microwave. The hotel's location is convenient, being close to the Orange Line subway station and a quiet area near the highway. However, some guests express dissatisfaction with certain aspects of their stay. The hotel charges $25 per night for parking, and breakfast is not included, leading to frustration among some visitors who were misinformed. Additionally, there are concerns regarding the behavior of hotel security, which some guests found overbearing and dismissive. Feedback about the building's age, particularly the slow elevator, has also been noted. Overall, while DoubleTree by Hilton Boston Bayside has a friendly atmosphere and a decent location, it is essential for potential guests to be aware of additional charges and to manage expectations regarding security interactions.
Booked this hotel last minute after a long day working in Boston. Arrived late and exhausted. Front desk associate Kingsley went above and beyond with his service. He was incredibly friendly, accommodating and helpful to make my stay there enjoyable and relaxing. It was a pleasure to meet him.
