“Great place to stay in Fenway. The music theme makes this historic motel unique. Parking is limited and pricy but very convenient for the location. Staff is very professional and friendly. Rooms and common areas are very clean and well kept.Rooms: Modern remodel kept the feel of the motel but the modern remodel is very successful.Nearby activities: Walking distance to Fenway Park and the T.Noteworthy details: Music themed remodel with lots of details.”

“We've statyed at Four Seasons a lot, but are starting to love the Langham just as much. It was very very nice, impeccable service, lovely view, nice restaurant. Everything was just so, and the in room robe and towels were best in class. The concierge batted 1.000 setting us up with great restaurants nearby, making the reservations, and in one case a complimentary car service to take us there”

“If you are traveling with your kids, this is the best option for the entire family. The level of service was top notch as expected but this particular Boston Four Seasons offers a unique magical experience for children. My 5 yr old and his buddy had the best stay including the treasure hunt around the property and the complimentary snacks at the Vault.Located just in front of the garden and the garden view from the room was such a treat! Who knew our brief trip to Boston would become a trip to remember thanks to Four Seasons’ Very Important Kid initiative!”

“Place was cute, room was extremely tiny and could barely move around without honestly walking into each other. Let alone the $200 hold that they still haven’t given back. I can’t understand the issue. I’ve called multiple times and they said they released it. At this point it’s been a month and I just kept being told I need to drive and hour to go back for a piece of paper. They won’t send it through mail or email it. That area is a no parking area so I’d have to pay for a garage just for that and it’s not like I need to be down there again. It’s cute but I honestly wouldn’t go back.”

“Our toilet was running about every 3 minutes. The handles were installed wrong and you had to turn them 280 degrees to get the water to turn on and they were loose - which became difficult to turn water on at the sink because it ran into the wall and we’d have to lift it out of the socket just to get water. The light above the sink also was dangling. I told the front desk this, but maintenance had just left, so he sent housekeeping upstairs (who claimed it had all been fixed). It had not. No room exchange was offered. No points back (I’m Gold) offered either. So we turned off the toilet at the wall/water source and used the shower to brush our teeth and wash our hands A room like that shouldn’t have ever been let out- housekeeping should have noticed at turn over (and maybe they did! The hotel was full bc of a Bruins game). Simple fixes on hotels part, but a REAL obnoxious element to our stay. The bed was comfortable and pillows just fine. I liked the noise machine touch. I’m normally not a noise machine person but we used it. We were in room 501 and high enough up to not have issues with street noise or the sadness of Bruins fans on the night of a tough OT loss ?We had a late night drinks at the bar and had nice chats with the bartender. Which turned into some quick bites. All nice.We stay at a lot of IHG hotels. Just recently we stayed at the Indigo in St Louis (truly awful neglect on management part and doing a disservice to the brand) and Waco (excellent hotel all around). The hotel staff was excellent and available and informative without being overwhelming.Location is as good as it gets. Ubers were easy to grab over to the airport and over to Cambridge. Otherwise we walked or took the T.”

“Everything was exquisite! From check in to check out, and everything in between was amazing! Adam (concierge) went above and beyond for me and my daughter. I am an AGM and I’ve been in the hotel industry for 17 years and this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in. I will definitely be back!”

“Great, loved it ❤️Walkability: Everything you could ask for in walking distance. There is a great park/common area located not even a mile away, as well as markets for food and such.”

“I spend a lot of time in your hotel and a chair other than an office chair would be more comfortable. Even an ottoman to put your feet up while watching TV would be better.”

“As pet-friendly hotel you can take your pet with extra $100 charge. The hotel staffs were all greatly paying attentions to the guests and service quality are at very high level. But you can’t take your pets into the restaurant and you can’t leave the pet alone in the room so it’s difficult to have breakfast/dinner in the hotel restaurant if you accompanied with your pets. That’s the minis point.”

“We were in town for college auditions and had a wonderful stay at The Colonnade. Every employee we interacted with provided exceptional service. We had a lovely room with a great view, comfortable beds and pillows and a convenient location within walking distance the majority of our stay.”

“I stayed here for 3 nights and it was the perfect place! Great location, nice staffs and affordable.I took one star off because the cleaning lady didn’t come to my room once while I was staying there, but it probably because my room was a little “out of the way”.Overall it is a great place and I would stay again when I’m in Boston!”

“Lovely hotel right in the center of downtown Boston! I stayed in a suite on the second floor, there was only one other room near me. Hotel room was a great size, bedroom itself was huge! Staff was extremely friendly! They have an observation deck on the 27th floor but unfortunately it was closed due to a snow storm. The heater can be LOUD but I didn't mind it. Would stay here again if I'm ever in Boston!Walkability: Right in the middle of Downtown near the harbor!”

“Stayed there one night while we were in town for blue man group show and instead of driving an hour home we stayed in Boston. This place was better than expected. The valet was over the top friendly, nice and welcoming. The check in was easy and hassle free and the male employee checking us in was super nice. When we got back to the hotel after the show the room next to us there seemed to be a domestic situation and we called down to the front desk which resulted in security or whoever I didn’t see responding to that room within minutes and there was no other issues for the rest of the night. Room was clean and decent sized. Requesting our vehicle from valet was super easy and check out was smooth the following day.Thought the hotel was priced reasonably although, I can’t provide comparison to nearby hotels since this is the first hotel that came up when googled it. I liked the reviews and the price so I booked it. Next time we venture into Boston and decide to stay the night we definitely will stay here again.Rooms: Spacious and clean. Temperature was perfect when we walked in. Wish the bathroom had a tub instead of just the shower.Food & drinks: Fire and ice restaurant was 5 min walking distance from hotel.”

“We loved staying here, so many things are in walking distance, the door men are always friendly and helpful. We stayed on 12th floor and had a beautiful view over the harbor and city.Walkability: Everything is in walking distance, the harbor is a short 5 min walk.Food & drinks: The restaurant below is beautiful and offers delicious food. The $1 oysters during happy hour are a must try.The cafe offers delicious pastries, hot teas and coffee all day long.”

“Don't let the "bath down the hall" scare you away! They were always clean, they are a private bathroom shower/sink/toilet with locking doors, they were usually unoccupied, and not far from any of the rooms. The hotel is beautiful and in an amazing area with everything you need close by! Not far from the trains or busses either. We will definitely stay here again! The bed was super comfortable as well. My only small complaint is that other patrons weren't courteous of others when going back and forth to their rooms, they were obnoxiously loud. Overall 5/5, everyone at the front desk was super helpful and accommodating to requests.Rooms: Clean and comfortable, not too big and not too small.Walkability: Multiple restaurants and stores close by, also close to trains and busses.”

“Thank you so much for this wonderful place. I’m an active duty Sailor and this place was recommended to me by my CO. Stayed three nights and slept like a baby. Wonderful breakfast and coffee available all day long. Seriously appreciate this R&R opportunity before heading back out to sea again. Some pics of my room (the mess is my fault; I’m about to check out)There are a few rules that come with staying here so if your goal is come to Boston to get sloshed this might not be the right place to stay the night.Driving and need to park overnight?Postal parking garage is about a 18 min walk from here. $9 a night.”

“Had a great experience for my husband’s 40th birthday. Kelly at check in was so nice and helpful. We had a corner room overlooking Boston and my husband loved the location and that it’s connected to the mall. Yard House was delicious! We got wings, Parmesan fries and breakfast one morning too-everything was wonderful. Loved the updated bathroom and rooms. My husband asked when we’re going back!”

“It’s hard to beat a stay at the Mandarin Oriental. The attention to detail is absolutely incredible! Something I so appreciate when I stay. You’ll see in my photos how they organize your items when you leave. I’m organized, not that organized. Each time you walk into your room they make sure it is a place where you feel like you can relax. We came in on a cole rainy day and they sent hot chocolate up to our room for us and our kids. There was a nice chocolate gift waiting for us, and each day after! They organize your cords and give you screen cleaners if they notice a device with a unclear screen. The list continues. If you want to feel completely pampered when you are in Boston, stay at the Mandarin Oriental.Nearby activities: The hotel is connected to the Prudential center (mall and very tall building with great views you can pay to go to the top of). It is located on Back Bay surrounded by great shopping and restaurants.Walkability: You are surrounded by shops, entertainment, and food. Hard to beat the location unless you are looking for a specific place in Boston to be next to.Noteworthy details: Go to the spa, it’s free with your stay and has a luxury hot tube and steam shower.”

“We stayed here the night before a flight and enjoyed looking out the window at the city all night. It was really impressive. The room was an average room. Pretty big. This would be my choice just for the views.”

“The location is good. It's close to the subway and shopping. It's within walking distance. The room is average and the bathroom is quite big. The price is OK for this area. I recommend staying here~”

“Nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, the room feels smaller than rooms in newer hotels, but it is an older building and makes up for the size with the atmosphere.”

“Every year, my friend and I go to One + One at the Four Seasons after a PR industry conference. It's a special occasion. Maria, our waitress, gave us a warm welcome and took care of us while we were there. We had a lot of fun and will continue our tradition!”

“I accidentally went to the wrong Beacon Hotel and the entire staff was so nice and accommodating. They assisted me with getting to the right hotel and offered e espresso. I will definitely be back to visit.”

“Cute hotel! We loved the rustic vibe and ambience. The restaurant and bar in the hotel are beautiful. Also amazing location. You can walk to almost anywhere in the city in 20 mins. Our room was the Delux King Room but it was still on the smaller side. However- The bathroom was huge. I love that Marriott is now stocking full size bottles of shampoo and conditioner in their showers. Not sure if it was because the hotel was rebuilt but there were not many outlets in the room which was a bit inconvenient.”

“Less flamboyant than a Moxy, yet less austere than a Courtyard. Great staff and the location is generally walkable. Self-parking would be a plus, but the valet is also convenient. If given the choice, city view preferred. Titanium members get a $20 breakfast credit, which surprisingly enough could work for two people.Walkability: 10 minute walk from lots of seafood restaurants etc on the piers”

“Amazing hotel with great location. Staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating. Everyone behind the front desk was great, especially T***. She was really helpful and made sure I was always being taken care of. She made it my favorite hotel in Boston by far! I hope to be back soon.”

“Wow, I’m very impressed by the meal we had tonight. I would say this place is underrated given the quality of the food we had. The clam chowder was nice and thick with a great quantity of clams and potatoes just as it should be. Too many places add bacon as filler and it detracts from the great clam flavor. We also had the haddock fish and chips. Again a great dish as the haddock wasn’t fishy and the batter was light and stays on the fish nicely. The chips were nicely crisp and had the skin still on for a great texture feel. Cole slaw was just right with a nice amount of pepper and not salty. Overall A+ for the food we had.”
