“Perfect location for exploring Downtown Boston. And it’s so convenient to the commuter rail and the orange line. Yesterday we went to Rockport, which is about an hour train ride. Absolutely beautiful, quaint town. And scenes from several movies were filmed there, ie The Proposal and the newly released Widows Bay.”

“We are lucky to stay at many Four Seasons properties but I have to say this location is going to be hard to top. The overall ambiance, decor, service and attention to detail is exactly what you expect from the Four Seasons and more. The location can not be topped, we walked everywhere, enjoyed the gardens, china town and exquisite shopping on Newberry Street. 12/10 recommend!”

“From the moment we checked in until the moment we left, every employee we came in contact with was amazing! Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable (beds and pillows super comfy!). The location can’t be beat for a trip to Boston and even though you’re in the city, the sound machine provided helped cut down on outside noise and was a helpful addition to the room. I will definitely book again the next time I’m visiting!”

“Here’s a polished version that still sounds natural and like you: This was our first stop when we got to Boston, and the rolls were absolutely amazing! I honestly wish we could have gone back every day. Even though they get a lot of traffic and stay pretty busy, the customer service is quick and efficient, and they do a great job getting you in and out without making the experience feel rushed. Definitely one of our favorite stops in Boston!”

“My husband is retired US Navy and we had the good fortune to find the Mariners House and have a vacancy for our stay in Boston. This has got to be the best place ever for a trip to the Boston area. Our room was absolutely perfect and we loved seeing Jessica’s smiling face each morning! Jessica started our day with a delicious breakfast and friendly conversation. We walked around and enjoyed the North side of Boston..walked the Freedom Trail and took in a Boston Red Sox game! They won! We can’t wait to come back and continue our adventures! Thank you”

“We stayed here for 2 nights with our two children. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Beautiful clean hotel. Complimentary breakfast was included with our room and the breakfast buffet was one of THE BEST we’ve had in a while.. delicious and great selection. We will definitely be back.”

“Don't let the "bath down the hall" scare you away! They were always clean, they are a private bathroom shower/sink/toilet with locking doors, they were usually unoccupied, and not far from any of the rooms. The hotel is beautiful and in an amazing area with everything you need close by! Not far from the trains or busses either. We will definitely stay here again! The bed was super comfortable as well. My only small complaint is that other patrons weren't courteous of others when going back and forth to their rooms, they were obnoxiously loud. Overall 5/5, everyone at the front desk was super helpful and accommodating to requests.Rooms: Clean and comfortable, not too big and not too small.Walkability: Multiple restaurants and stores close by, also close to trains and busses.”

“Imagine putting on a valet vest and suddenly thinking you run the whole street. This clown JUMPED in front of my moving car while I had a GREEN LIGHT because his friend wanted to move a car. Then, because I didn’t stop for his fake little show of power he started POUNDING on my car like a kid having a meltdown. Imagine risking getting hit just to prove you have authority you DON’T HAVE. The ego: HUGE The power: ZERO The common sense: MISSING Sir, you park cars. That’s it. You’re not a cop. You’re not in charge of traffic. You don’t control the street You got a valet vest not a badge 😂”

“I stayed at the W Hotel in Boston for a couple of days after a cruise with Holland America. Although Holland America made many missteps On this cruise, the one thing they did right was book me into this hotel. It is a beautiful hotel. And not only that, the staff is fantastic. Every single member of the hotel staff were wonderful and helpful. All the way down to the security guards. John Paul, the concierge, was the best one i've ever had the pleasure i've working with in connection with getting information on available activities and restaurants and events. This hotel is on my A number 1 list. If you're ever in Boston, you need to book yourself into this fabulous hotel.”

“There were so many exceptional features of this hotel: excellent location with attractions and conveniences all in walking distance, friendly check in staff, free coffee all day in the restaurant plus 20% discount on orders, clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, amazing a/c, fantastic sound system, modern/updated bathroom and two features that all hotel rooms should bathrooms should have: a nightlight and air freshener! On the other hand, rooms could use black out curtains or complimentary eye masks, a desk chair and an absolute must: USB PORTS! Also, the TV volume didn’t work despite following the guidelines in the guest book. There’s a sound system with separate speakers, but it can only be controlled manually. Pro-tip: sure to take advantage of the DVD/VHS library on the first floor! Overall, would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Boston.”

“Great find! Got upgraded to a beautiful suite. It's an amazing historic property being a converted jail and they really lean into that theme. The breakfast was very nice and we had a great 3 day trip to Boston. The location was really ideal along the river with easy walking to the main historic sites, the commons, beacon Hill and back bay. This will be the only place we stay in the future. The only complaint I had was the mattress was WAY too firm.”

“Overall, it was a great experience! The hotel is very nice and incredibly well located, especially with the nearby door that lets you enter the convention center directly. The rooms are huge, well-lit, and come equipped with an iron and hair dryer. While breakfast isn't included, they do have a 24/7 self-service area with a fair selection of snacks. For amenities, the gym has everything you need for a few days, and the pool is a cool place to relax. My only minor critique is that the check-in process could be faster, as I noticed lines every day.”

“This hotel was extremely convenient for my and my wife’s stay. We loved the lobby, filled with books and so much decor and art pieces. The rooms are small, but cute nonetheless. You can walk in any direction and experience so many different sides of Boston. We came for the Summer Walker concert at TD Garden and it was literally next door. A food hall with 18 different restaurants is next door as well. Boston’s oldest bar, Sullivan’s, is across the street as well other bars, convenient stores, banks, and other quick bites. Next time we come to Boston, we would definitely stay here again!”

“We recently held an event at the Fairmont, and Lauren Bowker was exceptional from start to finish. We changed our plans and had so many unexpected things come up on our end, but she handled everything with such ease, professionalism until the last second. She was incredibly accommodating, and always kept us on track. The event was flawless. And or course the front desk staff and valet and most importantly bar tenders and our servers were also so professional and kind. I would wholeheartedly recommend working with Lauren and with Fairmont in general if you’re planning a wedding or event. I dont even have to mention the beauty of the ballrooms and the location”
