They deposited $800 of my money into the wrong account with no explanation. Then they reached out and reversed ach money from a different bank of mine without permission. Rockland did act to help fix the situation but these are 2 inexcusable mistakes that the public needs to be aware of.

Our old bank was at this location at bought out by Rockland. We have been to this bank three times now and the staff has been rude, extremely slow, and not knowledgeable about their own processes every single time.

They will charge you $40-60 a month for using out-of-network ATMs. That is absolutely outrageous and terrible business. This bank sucks.
