Rockland Trust Bank is a fantastic place to do banking. The customer service is always pleasant, respectful, and willing to help walk clients through any problems. Staff are polite, service friendly, and go beyond the call of duty to explain products. They are super patient with non-English speaking clients, explaining everything in their own language. The bank offers a wide range of convenient retail banking products, online banking, and ATM channels. The office is always clean. There is a small parking lot and the location is easily accessible by public transportation. The only area for improvement is having more customer service employees or allowing appointments to minimize wait times. Other than this, it is great service.
Rockland Trust is a fantastic place to do your banking with.. this lady Janaris Concepcion went beyond the call of duty to make a copy of the CD report, and explain to me how the six-month CD works. She was a very polite lady very service friendly I recommend you do more banking in Rockland trust

Heather needs to pay attention to what she’s doing , I opened an account and she told me I must’ve lost my account and routing information after I left when really she never gave it to me , then messed up my husbands new checking account number and just didn’t say anything
