Lost my card and id and wouldn't take my social or birth certificate and not locked outta my bank account for the next 2 weeks how am I suppose to eat thanks Rockland

Rockland trust bank unfriendly unprofessional. This branch has gone to bad. An the company it self is a in trusting bank when this bank took over east savings bank they cut staff closed popular branches an there customer service went down hill. Especially the andrew square branch.
