“After a bad experience with poor customer service and being fee-ed to death ($8 fee for a check drawn from Bank of America if u don't have an account, inconceivable!) at Bank of America, I went where id be treated with some dignity. Again, although there was 1 teller during prime hours (im not sure why this trend with banks is up), the difference was the Manager on the floor didn't hesitate to help me, seeing that i was press for time, she immediately logged into a teller seat and took care of me. Thats what I call customer service with a smile. Thank you branch Manager, you are why I will always be happy with Citizens Bank, and will avoid service at Bank of (a Mammoth) America.”

“Awesome experience at Rockland Trust's East Broadway location. I had a sensitive and out of the norm banking issue that I needed help with. Jamar, a Branch Manager, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, kind and efficient with my situation. Relieved me of stress and confusion with professional empathy. I'm so grateful for his help. Also, have to add, every teller available greets you as you walk in and as you leave. That's a little touch of humanity that we still need in this world of technology. Want to acknowledge the tellars who work so hard as well. East Broadway Branch gets a 100% recommendation. Appreciate Jamar for his help with my situation.
