Solange is one of the bank representatives she is always so pleasant kind and patient!! Extremely accommodating. Whether I run in with no appointment or if I make an appointment, she takes the time to make things simpler for me!

At the Eastern Bank at the Roxbury Crossing on Tremont St today. Tomorrow being the 4th of July. The bank is extremely busy and there is only one customer service rep available. Needless to say, there are extremely long wait times, on top of there being very limited parking out front. So you can imagine customers are getting very anxious to handle their business before the big holiday. According to the Manager I spoke with, the branch has only two managers working there today. I find it very irresponsible for management to give all of the employees a day off , unless, of course, some of the employees called in sick. Surprised about this. One star for lack of forecast.

This is the best most friendly BANK I've ever been, all the ladies that works there they are so friendly knows their customers by their names and they always lol, they have that laugh that is contagious, you don't know what you laughing about, but you are having a good laugh, I love all the ladies at the counter and the manager at the office omg, never seen so many HAPPY-GO-LUCKY PEOPLE'S IN MY LIFE. THEY ARE THE BEST IN THE ENTIRE BOSTON, TRUST MEP/S, Update, yes I know I updated the same day I wrote my review but I have noticed that the beautiful fun ladies are gone and now there is some young woman's at the counter, I was there the other day too, it was an issue with the ATM, I asked1 of the young ladie and she told me that it's weird that it's not working for me but it's working for other people's, they don't say hi, Good morning, afternoon, don't ask for your name to try to be friendly or anything like that, I just wants to know where my dun ladies went, I just look forward to go to the Bank just to have a little conversation and a little laugh, but now? It's like a boring, depressive place to go, MANAGER, WHERE ARE MY FUN, HAPPY-GO-LUCKY, FRIENDLY ? LADIES PLEASE, NOW ITS not the same without them

The customer service I received was appalling, I moved ALL of my business to rockland trust and they treated me like royalty, I highly recommend moving your business to a company that ACTUALLY values their customers like rockland trust. You won’t regret it.

The black teller or associate is not that friendly. No say hi or how are you when I come in. It is terribel one. She needs to train to be better a CS associate.

Tori was great help to myself and family however the branch manager is very unprofessional and picks and chooses when she wants to service people I recommend tori becoming the branch manager not a young lady who cannot speak to people appropriately
