The store is clean, but the aisles near the entrance are blocked off, making it crowded and difficult to find help. Employees are present but may not always answer questions clearly or provide much assistance. Despite the congestion and organization issues, the store offers a good selection of affordable products for quick shopping trips.

Was looking for a place after another company flaked on me and stumbled across this Family Dollar over here in Quincy. They actually answered the phone and were responsive, which was a nice surprise. Got everything sorted out quickly, no hassle. A bit cramped inside, but they got the job done without any issues.

Sometimes they just dont organize the things on clearance correctly. It can be annoying. At least some things are still affordable.
