“Hellooo! Staff actually said hi when I walked in which I appreciate!!! The store has everythinggg, home stuff, snacksss, cute clothes, shoesss, makeup, they even got a little pet section. Dressing rooms are nice just don't leave your stuff everywhere people.... Overall great store will be backkkk!”

A nice lady helped me in the shoes department. She took the time to answer questions even though she had lots of customers around her. That was the opposite of the clothing department where it took quite a while to find someone to ring me up even though there were no customers. This is probably the nicest department store in Downtown Boston. They also have a Starbucks on the first floor.”

“I’ve had consistently wonderful experiences at the Chanel boutique inside Saks Fifth Avenue Boston. The team is always warm, welcoming, and professional, making every visit a pleasure.
Although the boutique is relatively small, I continue to be impressed by the selection. They often have highly sought-after handbags and ready-to-wear pieces, and if something isn’t available, they’re incredibly efficient at sourcing it from another Chanel boutique.
Jake deserves a very special shout-out. He is exceptionally resourceful, personable, and has an incredible eye for recommending pieces that fit my style perfectly. Whether I’m looking for something specific or simply browsing, I always leave feeling well taken care of. His product knowledge, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm make every visit enjoyable.
Jake also goes out of his way to make every visit special for both me and my four-year-old daughter. Thanks to those positive experiences, we now have a very young Chanel enthusiast who proudly received her first Chanel piece through Jake.

“There are moments in life when someone believes they are simply doing their job, while the person on the other side is quietly experiencing something much bigger.
That was my experience with Alexander at Chanel.
I first met Alexander during one of the most difficult periods of my life, when I was going through an incredibly stressful and lonely time. Meeting him again felt like reconnecting with someone whose kindness had stayed with me long after our first encounter.
This time, I asked him if he could help me with my makeup. He welcomed me with genuine enthusiasm, invited me to remove the makeup I was wearing, and transformed what could have been an ordinary shopping experience into one of the most meaningful afternoons I’ve had in a long time.
Alexander didn’t rush. He didn’t make me feel like another customer. He made me feel seen.
He patiently guided me through Chanel’s Les Exclusifs collection, sharing the story behind each fragrance with such passion that every bottle became more than a perfume—it became a memory, a place, or an emotion. He wasn’t simply selling a product; he was sharing craftsmanship, artistry, and history.
At one point I told him, “We’ve been spending so much time together. I don’t mind waiting while you help another customer and make another sale.”
He smiled and replied, “I’m having fun helping you.”
That simple sentence meant more than he will probably ever know.
There are people who perform a job, and there are people who share a part of themselves through their work. Alexander belongs to the second group.
What he gave me that day wasn’t just exceptional service. He reminded me what it feels like to receive kindness without feeling like a burden. He gave me permission to slow down, to enjoy beauty, to laugh, and to simply be cared for.
We often underestimate the impact we have on strangers. A conversation, genuine attention, or a little extra time can become part of someone’s healing story.
Alexander, thank you for reminding me that luxury is not only found in beautiful fragrances. Sometimes, true luxury is being treated with humanity, warmth, and generosity.
I hope you know that the care you bring to your work reaches much further than the sales you make. It reaches people’s hearts.

“This is a good Target if you're in the Back Bay, South End or Kenmore area but parking is limited. Two floors of everything that you may need for yourself, your home and a mini supermarket included. There's also a Starbucks and a CVS pharmacy.”

We were lost for a few hours, the police refused to give us directions even though I had an address for where I needed to go and we were sort of in a bad circumstance. “First off, we are all familiar with a Family Dollar store. This particular location is convenient for me because of being in the Roslindale village area. I go here for all sorts of general needs for household goods.They have good prices on laundry detergent, random hardware items and grocery items. I am very particular about what I buy to eat and there's only a few items I buy from the grocery section. However, it's a good store and I always compare prices from a couple stores to get the best deal. Especially in this economy!”
