I would like to talked about my experience, when I went to this store and print my shipping label, I printed the label too small to see at first. But after that, Tony let me send him the shipping label and printed that out for me, and then he helped me to pack up my box very patiently. I was really appreciated and had a really good experience at FedEx!

Extra fees because of being inside the hotel. I don’t see how that should make any difference. Had to go drop off at another location or pay an extra $4 based on weight

I was in Boston for an event, and needed an emergency printing job the morning of. This location was across the street and it was the earliest location available. Tony was absolutely amazing and saved the day. I was able to reprint the files and made it back to my event with a lot of time to spare before the session began.

I've become somewhat of a regular customer here, stopping by about once a month over the last 2 years. The staff recognize me by now and know my name. They've been consistently warm and friendly; I've enjoyed our chats as we're waiting for stuff to process. These interactions are what make this big city feel more like a small town! :)

I have never had as good experience sending out a package as I did this morning. JJ is quite possibly one of the best employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Was extremely helpful in getting my box sent out and was super friendly which is very different than the experiences I’ve had with FedEx in my city. 10/10 would come back to this location again!

Worst shipping experience ever. Unreasonable charges. Staff with bad attitude and not helpful at all. This store should be close. Will never go to here again.

My experience was great!The gentleman at the counter was awesome and told me everything I needed to know about getting my package sent out. I understand why some of the customers may get mad but you have to understand that this is company is inside of an establishment (SHERATON HOTEL ?). So NO ONE can be mad because you're getting charged 10 dollars or more depending on the weight to send a package. Come on people it's COMMON SENSE!!!Anyway I wanted to say great job FEDEX!!!

This is not a fedex store, this is a fedex sponsored scam. Prepaid packages still have handling fees ($10 in my case) and they cannot even take QR code returns. It’s infuriating that this listing makes it look like a regular fedex store, and that FedEx would have a store that scams its customers like this, but that’s FedEx for you.
