Fenway Health Pharmacy is described as a great and personable pharmacy with a very friendly and helpful team. Staff behind the counter are very nice, and the pharmacy is noted for being fast and always able to connect customers with a real person who answers the phone quickly. The experience with other departments within the broader health center varies. Some staff, particularly in dermatology and dental, receive praise for being insanely helpful, going above and beyond, and being knowledgeable and supportive. However, reaching providers by phone can be difficult, often involving long holds and transfers between departments. There can be scheduling challenges and some staff turnover. Overall, many patients recommend the pharmacy highly and appreciate having various services in one place, understanding that delays and backlogs are common issues in healthcare.
