I can relate with a-lot of these reviews. To me it seems like this location is understaffed. How ever the service manager, EJ, is fantastic. He really cares and provides the best customer service, and tries to not only resolve inconveniences at his, but really cares about customers, service and vehicles. Very informative and explained all maintenances and why they are very important.

This Firestone location is MISERABLE! I don't know why I keep coming back. This time, I was told that the service would be complete in a little bit over an hour, but my vehicle was finally brought into a bay after 90 minutes. Had I known the full time of service, I wouldn't have waited in the shop. For the second time immediately after my service, I had lights come on my dashboard. This time for low tire pressure. The only reason I still come back to Firestone is for the lifetime alignment, but the tech couldn't even complete the alignment. This comes after I was in a couple of weeks ago, and the service rep, the same one working that gave me the incorrect time information, misquoted me for a headlight replacement, and then doubled down assuring me that I was wrong.
Oh, and I forgot to mention, I tried to make an appointment over the phone and the tech left me on hold for 15 minutes until I hung up, so I had to make an appointment online, only to have my car sit in the lot or 90 minutes before anybody touched it!
Do better, Firestone. I'm not coming back.

Do not go on a Sunday. I scheduled an alignment for 1pm. Guys had me sitting there for over an hour as they kept skipping my car. I left when I realized the alignment guy went to lunch. The manager there Jason had no explanation at all. The rest of the guys were not doing anything at all. Just a terrible experience

10/10 highly recommend! Got an oil change and brakes done. Whole team was great but EJ specifically went above and beyond even on a busy day to ensure I was kept in the loop and fully understood what was wrong and the charges. Will continue to come back because of him!

took my car in for an alignment and Firestone told me I had serious frame damage to my car and referred me to another shop to fix it. I took my car to a different mechanic who told me there was no damage to the frame and that all it needed was an alignment.

Joseph Marder, Sam, Oscar and technician Tennyson went above and beyond to repair my vehicle. My vehicle is thirteen years old. It took a lot to stabilize the front end. They stopped at nothing to make sure the vehicle was safe and stable. I am sincerely grateful.

The AC problem occurred when it started to blow less and less cool air. Needed to check one more place. I am glad I did. At the vwet atart, Oscar led service always telling me what to expect and the Firestone team and Mechanic 'Manny' was dedicated ensuring that the A/C system got the required part and was in working order. Firestone priced the work fairly. The crew there demonstrated a collaborative model for problem solving, mutual respect, and care for the customer's care. Grateful I stopped by.

I have never given a ten to any company but I must say that I appreciated everything from customer service to the actual meeting and reviewing with the technician. The work done has been up to my satisfaction thus far.
