“The arrangement I ordered turned out beautifully. Some flowers were not in stock and the florist called to align on what I’d be happy with them using. My favorite part was that I was emailed a photo prior to delivery! I always hope flowers I order look as good as I’d hoped, but they proved it by sharing the final arrangement with me. I loved that!”

“Fern is a florist located near Prudential Center, making custom bouquets as well as selling individual flowers to suit whatever needs you may have.
I came in without an order, and the staff were friendly with assisting me find the flowers I needed. One downside is that I couldn't see any prices clearly labeled, but that didn't really detract from the experience. The flowers were amazing and it is a great spot to get a wide variety of flowers on short notice.”

“I’ve always had great service here. I stop in weekly or biweekly for a few stems. They always have a great selection and they’re able to get flowers that are hard to find (like gloriosa lilies, clematis, etc). If you’re building a bouquet, they’re amazing at translating what you want into a beautiful end product. For the bouquet attached here, all my friend told them was that his mom liked the color green and that he wanted to keep it as a petite bouquet.
The manager, Julianna, went above and beyond last week when I unexpectedly couldn’t make it into the shop to pick up some stems that I special ordered. She was able to get them delivered to me later that same day and coordinated with me to add some more stems that had just come in.”
