“Laughing at the handful of negative reviews complaining of “rude” customer service. While the owners might come off as gruff if you aren’t respectful of their time, space, or products, they’re actually the nicest, extremely thoughtful people. They put together a small, hydrangea-forward bouquet for my microwedding. They didn’t have any premade arrangements with hydrangea in them on the premises that we could point at for inspiration when my partner and I placed the order, yet they somehow understood and executed what we had wanted just perfectly. While we don’t live in the neighborhood anymore, Wagner Floral has since been my go-to whenever I needed to purchase flowers for an extra special occasion. Walking by the storefront’s seasonal decorations also gives me so much joy — I sincerely hope they stay in business forever.”
