Not bad but probably not the right time to go. We were there in January and with the cold most of the cool animals are not available for seeing, they’re kept in a safer space. It looks nice and people working was very helpful but we missed half of the zoo practically. With good weather must be nice

Had a fairly good experience as far as a winter trip could go. Didn't see any staff around other than who was working to clean exhibits. The African exhibit was under construction. Crews were very polite. Some animals were unavailable due to the weather which wasn't noted on the website. Great visit with the gorillas!
