I love free people and this location. Unfortunately I can never find anything at this location bc they cater styles to really young student girls but I just shop online and I come here if something doesn't fit, to return :) the workers are extremely polite and sweet ?

Amazing customer service! After receiving poor help making at return at Aritzia, it was refreshing to receive outstanding help at Free People!After walking over 2 miles to make a return, I was disappointed to find out that I brought the wrong receipt. However, Ivy, the sale associate, was able to look up my purchase. I am extremely thankful to have received such great service. It truly made my day. Thank you Ivy! I will be purchasing more from free people in the future

Lovely place. Great customer service. Shaun helped me find certain pieces and started a dressing room for me. Claudia was very nice and helpful as well. I enjoyed shopping here.

You guys should probably communicate to customers that you’re accounting for midday breaks on your site. I understand that you must allow this, because you’re short staffed, but it’s communicates nowhere except a hand written sign on your physical door. Not exactly convenient when you commute in and have to wait around. Poor customer service
