I came in today (20th July) between 12 - 2pm with my broken sunglasses I’ve only had a month and I was willing to buy a new pair to replace them. The kind lady at the desk honoured my replacement free of charge despite being a day over the return period and no physical receipt. She made my day! Thank you so much!!
