They are known for protecting your investment through their warranty. The store itself is described as beautiful. Staff assist with finding the right fit and offer great product suggestions and recommendations. However, the in-person service contrasts with phone service, as calls are often not picked up. Overall, experiences at the store are frequently described as great and outstanding.

Great customer selection and customer service. I was able to try on different pants and jackets and the staff helped me decide what would be best for my ski trip. The staff is clearly knowledgeable and are experienced skiers and snowboarders, which helps immensely when you have questions and/or need advice.

Very high quality and excellent customer service. I had an issue with my ski Jacket, Anya was very helpful and she helped me take care if it through warranty. They make you feel valued by protecting your investment in their product.
