“TD Garden is one of the most iconic sports and concert venues in Boston, and it really delivers that big-city arena energy whether you’re there for a game or a show.
The venue itself is massive but pretty well organized, with clear signage and staff helping direct crowds efficiently. Entry can get a bit hectic right before major events, but once you’re inside, the flow moves smoothly and it’s easy to find your section or grab concessions.
The atmosphere is definitely the highlight. When it’s a Celtics or Bruins game, the crowd energy is intense in the best way. For concerts, the arena transforms well, and even upper-level seats still give a solid view of the stage thanks to the way the seating is angled. We had lodge seats for the TWICE concert, and it felt uncrowded and perfect with no obstructions.
Food and drinks are what you’d expect from a major arena: convenient but on the pricey side. There are plenty of options though, so you’re not stuck with just the basics. Lines can build up during intermissions or halftime, so timing definitely matters.
One thing TD Garden does well is accessibility. It’s directly connected to North Station, which makes getting in and out by train super easy compared to most large venues. That alone makes a big difference when the event ends and everyone is leaving at once.
Whether you’re catching a Celtics game, a Bruins matchup, or a big-name concert, it’s a venue you won't be disappointed with.”
“Excellent service, with every customer in the (crowded) store assigned their own sales rep. Took the time to talk me through my choice and I was very happy with the experience.”
“I live in Connecticut and our Patagonia location recently closed. While visiting Boston I decided to walk in and ask about some wear and tear on my decade old nano puff jacket. Knowing I’d be without a jacket on a cold night if I sent it in for repairs, the team kindly offered to swap it out for me and send me on my way in a brand new jacket. They confirmed my old jacket would be donated. I’m so glad I invested in a Patagonia jacket and I’m grateful for the amazing staff at this location.”
“One of the coolest stores I’ve ever been too!!! Had more than just Boston sports stuff. I’m from Buffalo and I bought a really cool Bills poster. Also bought an awesome Michael Jordan shirt! Will definitely check it out again next time I’m in Boston!”

“store is amazing as well as the staff . great quality of clothes also . only reason i gave four stars is because prices online are not the same in store so take screenshots and then most of the time you can get a price match. also added discount if you use your store card sometimes .”
“Mom loves this brand, so when we were in town visiting, we made it a point to stop by. This is a nice, cute little store with cool running gear inside. It's definitely a spot to visit if you're looking to pick up some fashionable gear.”
“Great experience at the Nike store in Boston. Perfect for quick shopping—everything is well organized, with a wide variety of products and the top-notch quality you’d expect from Nike. From sneakers to the latest athletic wear, they’ve got it all. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the store was spotless. If you’re in town and need to refresh your sportswear, this place is a must. Highly recommended!”
“Lulu's new massive store at 395 Congress Street is gorgeous. I think I counted 20 different women's leggings styles in-store?! Incredible. And the staff was so kind and helpful.”
“I had a great experience at the store on Newbury Street. The team, and especially Shy, were extremely helpful in finding the perfect pants for my upcoming trip to CO.”

“I have to say, it has been nothing short of amazing customer service and partnership between my organization and College Hype. Margaret is wonderful, Joe Foley and many many more who I can't name in this review are just the best!! highly recommended them for all things print, etc!!!”
“I was in Boston for work and felt a pull to the New Balance Global Flagship. Had my first NB in middle school and was happy to find a great fitter and perfect shoe for my current activity needs. Recycled materials and made in USA is a great story as well.”

“Good day. I am pleased to inform you that I have in my sports equipment - shoes of your Company, which I bought in the Warsaw sports shop Reebok'e around 1987, 1988. I needed them for occasional jogging, for many years. Now I also wear them occasionally. They have always suited me and I was happy to have them. I also have other clothing products of your Brand, all are fine. I sincerely congratulate you on the quality.”
“Great helpful staff. They make sure you get what you need including calling other stores. The selection is fi-yah🔥!! If you need dope sneaks then you have to check them out. It's a mom n pop of sneakers but definitely have items footlocker and footaction won't have.”
“My partner and I had a great experience during our first visit to this REI!! We came in to look at backpacks and Emma spent an HOUR explaining and demoing a few different packs for us. She was so kind, patient, well informed and eager to answer every question we had. She helped us find a discounted pack for great value. Thanks Emma!!”

“I'm not really a Lululemon girl. It was my birthday and I decided to splurge. The ENTIRE staff there made me feel so seen. I mentioned at the dressing room that I'd never been in a Lululemon store before and that it was my birthday and she must have shared with the staff privately with each other on the walkies and got me a birthday card and brought it to me while I was shopping they helped me pick out the cutest outfit and gifted me something for my birthday it was an experience that I'll remember for a lifetime in a period of my life where I have struggeld to be viewed and take up space. When I'm in town on Newbury Street I will never not stop in and buy something and say hello to the beautiful women that operate it.”
“Updated:The store was closed when I went during hours, apparently a meeting ran long. The phone just went to a recording, and the main Vibram number said to email for accurate store hours.Kind of frustrating.Ultimately it was figured out that they are in fact open. The guy was very nice. It's mostly office space though, and they only have a few of their top lines on display and not necessarily a full range of sizes. So just be aware it's not a standard concept of a 'flagship' type location.”

“My children have no problems finding what they like. I don't like them bringing out one sneaker when common sense is to make sure both fit but they have not given us a hard time when we want both. Eblens is pricey but they do have sales that I have to catch”
“Man these guys got an awesome selection of shoes and the prices are a bit up these, but still somewhat reasonable. And they have a top notch staff working for them, so the experience is always a pleasure.”
“I love this store, everytime I go in I'm treated really nice and asked if I need help plus I'm always remembered bye the manager. I go in 3 or 4 times a year maybe a little more, I buy sneakers for my 9 year old grandson mostly but he always remembers me, I think that's just so cool!!! Ya I recommend Famous Footwear in Dorchester/Boston they treat there customers very well plus the shoes are awsome lol!!! Always a large variety to choose from!!!!”
“Online review, I have not visited the store , but will . All good ,all things considered . Customer service fast and attentive , very professional. Clothing received was all as expected , and hoped for .Quality and design ...exceptional . Sizing slightly on the tight side , but adjusting to that now with my 3rd. order . Recommended.”

“A decent store for Red Sox memorabilia. The store is only open on matchdays but the main one down the road is much bigger and has more choice. It can get very busy in here when a game is on.”
“Very high quality and excellent customer service. I had an issue with my ski Jacket, Anya was very helpful and she helped me take care if it through warranty. They make you feel valued by protecting your investment in their product.”
