“Extremely satisfied with the customer service here. Associates have been helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I went in to drop off my coat which had a zipper which had gone bad. I was told over the phone they would need to send it to get fixed which would take 8 to 10 weeks but when I went in they swapped the coat out for a new one. I was asked if I had an extra jacket, I said yes but not one I liked much. So thankful to have a new jacket for the rest of the season.”

“April2023: 5: I would recommend this store location and these workers. I was visiting my parents in this area at the hospital. I decided to walk around the immediate area but came upon this location. Each of the individuals I encountered on this visit were friendly and capable. I decided to check out the new arrivals and the clearance area since they had a sign posted online about the deals. I also need two or three new shirts since my old ones were pretty stinky and old. I selected a pair of shoes and four shirts while I was in the store.”

“I ordered the Nike MaxFly spikes from Heartbreak Hill for my son when Nike was completely out of stock and other online running stores had sketchy online reviews. The customer service is top-notch - even though I placed the order late at night on Cyber Monday, the spikes arrived by Wednesday evening!! He got exactly what he wanted when we thought we wouldn't be able to find these anywhere in his size/desired color. We are so happy with the purchase. I was at my wits end trying to contact the company who made the shoes so finally emailed HDO. They were so helpful to resolve the issue! The phone just went to a recording, and the main Vibram number said to email for accurate store hours.Kind of frustrating.Ultimately it was figured out that they are in fact open. The guy was very nice. It's mostly office space though, and they only have a few of their top lines on display and not necessarily a full range of sizes. So just be aware it's not a standard concept of a 'flagship' type location.”
