“I don’t tend to write reviews, but I came to visit Boston for the first time in 10 years and the customer service here was phenomenal (especially with how weak it is everywhere else).
When I walked in Connor (sorry if I got his name wrong) immediately greeted me and showed me to their popular items. I went in just wanting a World Cup shirt but ended up walking out with a shirt for me and another one for my girlfriend after I got convinced. I wanted more but my bank account wouldn’t like that. Conner was super friendly and helpful, and made sure to show me different items in the store I wanted to buy, though I did wanna buy everything.
Outside of that, the store in general was easily the coolest stuff at the market. I grew up a big Boston sports fan, Bird specifically when I was a kid so to see all the cool memorabilia supporting that era truly made my day.
I got the website so I will be ordering from you guys in the future! I truly recommend this place to anyone it was so cool.”

“TD Garden is one of the most iconic sports and concert venues in Boston, and it really delivers that big-city arena energy whether you’re there for a game or a show.
The venue itself is massive but pretty well organized, with clear signage and staff helping direct crowds efficiently. Entry can get a bit hectic right before major events, but once you’re inside, the flow moves smoothly and it’s easy to find your section or grab concessions.
The atmosphere is definitely the highlight. When it’s a Celtics or Bruins game, the crowd energy is intense in the best way. For concerts, the arena transforms well, and even upper-level seats still give a solid view of the stage thanks to the way the seating is angled. We had lodge seats for the TWICE concert, and it felt uncrowded and perfect with no obstructions.
Food and drinks are what you’d expect from a major arena: convenient but on the pricey side. There are plenty of options though, so you’re not stuck with just the basics. Lines can build up during intermissions or halftime, so timing definitely matters.
One thing TD Garden does well is accessibility. It’s directly connected to North Station, which makes getting in and out by train super easy compared to most large venues. That alone makes a big difference when the event ends and everyone is leaving at once.
Whether you’re catching a Celtics game, a Bruins matchup, or a big-name concert, it’s a venue you won't be disappointed with.”

I needed them for occasional jogging, for many years. Now I also wear them occasionally. They have always suited me and I was happy to have them. “Updated:The store was closed when I went during hours, apparently a meeting ran long. The phone just went to a recording, and the main Vibram number said to email for accurate store hours.Kind of frustrating.Ultimately it was figured out that they are in fact open. The guy was very nice. It's mostly office space though, and they only have a few of their top lines on display and not necessarily a full range of sizes. So just be aware it's not a standard concept of a 'flagship' type location.”

“This was my first time going into Lululemon actually wanting to buy a pair of pants, but I had no idea which ones to get. We don’t have as much variety or as many sizes back home, so since I was in Boston, I thought it was the perfect time to finally get a pair.
The girls working there were super helpful and made everything really easy. They showed me different options and helped me find the right fit for me — the Wide-Leg pants — and I loved them!
Such a great experience overall. Everyone was really nice and had such a good attitude. If I’m ever back in Boston, I’ll definitely come back to this Lululemon store.”
“Post is about 15 years late. Grew a Red Sox fan because of Jason Varitek. Back in 2011, my unit was deployed and we were living in a big tent. We tied up string to hang blankets over for walls to create somewhat rooms. I reached out to the team store and they sent a package over and really made it feel like home. I will always be grateful for this and still have the blankets that were used during that deployment for those walls. Of course one is of Fenway. Thank you for supporting the troops and will always buy from here.”

“This is one of my favorite shops to come to when I come to visit Boston. It is an athletic lifestyle shop is how I explain it to people. Alot of runners do shop here too. They do not have alot of different styles of items though and their colors are few that are on their clothes. This is a two floor store with a
lounge place upstairs. It is hit or miss with the staff here. Usually I get wonderful and very helpful people. But, like all stores there are some who are not helpful and who seem like they don't want to be working here. Some of the items they sell: running singlets, shorts, t-shirts, long sleeves, sweatshirts, and accessories like gloves, hat, socks just to name a few.”
“I love this store, everytime I go in I'm treated really nice and asked if I need help plus I'm always remembered bye the manager. I go in 3 or 4 times a year maybe a little more, I buy sneakers for my 9 year old grandson mostly but he always remembers me, I think that's just so cool!!! Ya I recommend Famous Footwear in Dorchester/Boston they treat there customers very well plus the shoes are awsome lol!!! Always a large variety to choose from!!!!”

“I'm not really a Lululemon girl. It was my birthday and I decided to splurge. The ENTIRE staff there made me feel so seen. I mentioned at the dressing room that I'd never been in a Lululemon store before and that it was my birthday and she must have shared with the staff privately with each other on the walkies and got me a birthday card and brought it to me while I was shopping they helped me pick out the cutest outfit and gifted me something for my birthday it was an experience that I'll remember for a lifetime in a period of my life where I have struggeld to be viewed and take up space. When I'm in town on Newbury Street I will never not stop in and buy something and say hello to the beautiful women that operate it.”
“I’ve always worn and run in new balance shoes and love them. As I’ve been training for a marathon, I came to the store in person to get recommendations for shoes that will hold up for long runs and a sizing check. Jeremiah was a terrific help; explaining the difference between the models he suggested and making sure I found a good fit (even clearing the way for me to jog through the store!) He was very knowledgable and friendly and made the entire experience a pleasant one!”
