Stayed for 2 nights. We arrived around 11 AM and didn’t expect an early check-in, but the front desk lady let us check in early. The staff were friendly, the room was spacious, and we got a Back Bay view — it was so amazing. The restaurant also had a nice ambiance, and the staff there were great too

Disapointing to find there was no smart tv in the room. No way to sign into your Youtube or Netflix account.
