Check-in was easy. They let us check in early without paying extra.

Nice hotel, somewhat pricey, but very close to the Logan terminals. Enjoyed the food in the Publik House and their small indoor pool was a great distraction for children. Nice gym.

The staff is INCREDIBLY RACIST! Martina at the front desk, and the manager Edson are truly unkind. I was treated very differently than others. Don't stay here if you're a minority!Noteworthy details: This hotel staff is RACIST!

WILL NOT EVER STAY HERE AGAIN EXTREAMLY RUDE STAFF...I was told to leave I was eating food im the lobby around 11:30pm and I was told to leave because my name was not.on the room when I'm fact my wife rented out 2 rooms then when the FAT MAN,asked for.my I.D I gave it to him Then he proceeded to check my name in my room number and because he didn't find my name was Completely unprofessional and started literally yelling at me like I'm a child to get out. Take my food and get out. You don't belong here. Get out when in fact my wife was upstairs sleeping. He was extremely unprofessional. And just made me feel terrible and embarrassed in front of the few other guests that were staying.Thanks. I don't know if it was because I was in my work clothes that he thought I couldn't afford the room or something but just for that interaction. I give this a one star review. For the way he made me feel.

My best friend and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel last weekend for a fan convention! First of all, they allowed us to check in at 9am instead of 4pm, which was amazing and so helpful. The wi-fi worked well, and the room was clean and beautiful with a great view of planes and the airport. We each had a Queen bed, and they were very comfortable! The pool and gym were great, and we heard no noise in the rooms next door, but you can hear if people are loudly walking by. The hotel also offered a free shuttle every 15 minutes to the Blue tram line so you can quickly get into the city, and also the shuttle went to the airport, too. While the hot water in the shower was very sensitive to small changes and there was no microwave in our room, only a mini fridge and the microwave was downstairs in the lobby, we would absolutely love to stay here again!

I was there for a convention at the hotel. Parking was pretty good, nice quick walk to the hotel. Breakfast was mini croissants, mini muffins, scrambled eggs, some blueberries, pineapple and melons, and OJ. Not sure if that’s normal but not “full” like it says not great value. The carpet in my room had not been fully vacuumed. I found food chunks and crumbs and hair on and around the chair. The duvet was between 2 flat sheets and the normal fitted sheet was also a flat sheet. It was super weird but too tired and busy to complain. The shower gel was empty. I called for a replacement and that was quick at least. They had tightened the handle for the shower so incredibly much I almost broke a nail and almost had to call for someone to help. Bed and pillows comfortable. I loved the pool and jacuzzi, had it to myself all 3 days. Nice fitness centre too. Good stay but the cleanliness is definitely not there and should be when you’re paying good money.

Great location , gym and room. Front desk is rude - especially front desk manager - not really setting a good example.

Hilton is shady, and has GREEDY corporate policies! I had booked a room for one night through Southwest, three weeks in advance, for a rate of $400. As I did not expect any changes in my son's school trip details, I felt confident in reserving the room with a non-refundable option. This was a huge mistake. Hilton's policy of not allowing any changes or cancellations, especially when booked so far in advance, is downright thievery. When I requested to reschedule or receive a credit, they refused to budge at all. They wouldn't even let me keep the room without charging me again. As a result, Hilton took away $400 of my hard-earned money and will book that room again easily, making $800 from it now, even though it wasn't needed for another three weeks. I'm sickened by their greed and their policy. ?

Flew in form a long international flight and decided to go to the bar to have a drink and relax. I had 2 long islands and 2 glasses of red wine. When I tried to order another glass of wine I was denied and told I wasn’t going to be served. When I spoke to the manager he informed me that the bartender thought I’d had enough. I was confused because I wasn’t slurring or stumbling or showing any signs of being intoxicated. Yes I felt it was a personal attack on me (I would hate for it to be because the color of my skin) I saw people who were clearly intoxicated. The manager was nice and offered his apology and even gave me a free pizza. When I checked out and was asked about my stay I told the staff member and he even said that was unusual and strange. Unfortunately that experience had a huge negative impact on my stay. I will NOT be returning to this Hilton!Food & drinks: Would not recommend

Teresa and Brandon in Room service went above and beyond to help celebrate my husband’s birthday while he was traveling for work with a special cake. They were so kind and helped to deliver a wonderful surprise. Thank you again!

If you're flying out of Boston, this is a decent hotel and super accessible to the airport itsself as a bridge connects them together. If anything it was just on the pricier side, but it is clean and had a nice view. Hassan & Hakan I think, a bartender and a breakfast server, made my trip all the more luxurious! The fries were my favorite, and the portions were big to reflect the higher prices. Excellent service, accommodating, and friendly people.Rooms: Clean, slightly noisy, hot water, decent sized.Walkability: 10 minutes or less walk to the Airport Check-in Counters, easy access to the sky bridge and parking garage.Food & drinks: Espresso martini, Burger, and Wings were excellent!

Great if you have an early flight but expensive to get a cab/Uber to town if not. Decent food but not much variety.
