The Hilton Boston Logan Airport is a large hotel offering very convenient and easy access to the airport terminals, including via a sky bridge and a frequent free shuttle, making it ideal for travelers before or after a flight. Many guests find the location worth the extra cost. The rooms are generally comfortable with amazing views of the planes and airport, and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel features a nice small indoor pool and jacuzzi, a nice gym and fitness centre, and on-site dining, though the restaurant food is considered good but not great. Staff are consistently described as kind, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. However, the property is noted by several guests as needing refurbishing and serious improvements in cleanliness. Issues include stained furniture, crunchy and poorly vacuumed carpets with food chunks and crumbs, and maintenance problems like empty shower gel and an overly tight shower handle. Some room setups are described as super weird. While reasonably priced for some travelers, it is also seen as somewhat pricey, with aspects like the breakfast not offering great value. Despite these cleanliness and upkeep concerns, the hotel's convenience, friendly staff, and comfortable beds lead many to state they will be repeat customers and would absolutely stay there again.

Hotel is great very close to airport. But the vending machines were not working downstairs. And unfortunately, it's a little pricey to buy anything else at that location.Especially in the gift shop

Very easy to walk to in covered bridge from airport. Nice comfy rooms. The lady that checked us in this morning was awesome! She was above & beyond.
