“Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to the staff at the Congress Street location, specifically Joanne and Emi. I came in on one of the most awful days of my life (unbeknownst to the staff, of course) to re-register my dying mother's car under my name. There was an error or my insurance paperwork that was going to prevent me from being able to complete the transaction.
When Joanne realized what had happened, she could have turned me away and had that be the end of it. But she quietly sent me over to the waiting area so I could call the insurance company and have them send her the revised version which she told me she would print out for me.
Once that was done, Emi swiftly got me registered and on my way. Though these two never had any idea what I was dealing with, their kindness was day-altering.
