The sales staff are really helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. They listen to preferences and offer nice options. Customers love the design and quality for the price. The store provides gift packing. While most appreciate the products, some note that colors and finish can differ from website images. It is considered a must visit location.

My father and I received a very warm and sincere welcome upon entering the Newbury store today. We were immediately offered refreshments and shown the scarfs we requested. Our purchase was beautifully gift wrapped at no charge and we have no doubt we will return to the store again in the near future.
