They helped my grandpa buy a phone, told him he'd pay FULL PRICE because he already used his upgrade, but now that he wants to return the flip phone, they can't accept it because it's "now considered an upgrade". They do a PISS POOR job of explaining their terms and then rip you off!! And still tried to get another $30 out of us to switch his line back over to a touch screen!! They should be ashamed of themselves for ripping. People off that way. They just lost 2 customers of over 5 years, because the phones will be unlocked and transferred to another service!!

Worst experience EVER! The issue has yet to be resolved going over a month now, completely unacceptable.I know one thing for certain I will be complaining to corporate. People not liking their JOB has NOTHING to do with the service I should have received. No one cared it’s all about taking your money then saying solve your own problem. The amount of patience I had with y’all and it’s still crickets.

That store is run by teenagers. Worst service ever as well they had multiple problems with systems leading to constant overcharging. However, it’s the few corporate stores in area making difficult to find an alternative. And the attitudes and tantrums as the members sneak to the back to avoid customers they’ve wronged. Doesn’t get any worst and I wish I was making this up. SMH.

Watch out for the $50 discount upgrading device as you will not be able to get a refund or unlock your phone even paid in full(DO NOT TAKE THIS DISCOUNT). Excellent customer service by the agent and the manager for informing us after the fact. "just check below the receipt for info".

They say it's 50 yeah to walk in door and give u a 20 min session that won't help it's a waist of 50.00 . Online they have all kinds of freeze belts and stuff. I'm just saying 1600 for 5 treatment. I spent 250 on a machine that I can use when ever I want. everywhere else wants 1600 and up . I'm saying nothing bad about any of them for people that can spend 1600 fine I just won't do it. I only needed 3 sessions and u have to buy 6 or up

If you travel outside the country there's no way you can reach metro you get blocked.
