The car was great and with low mileage which I had to request because the first vehicle offered had 56k miles on it. Lastly, I appreciate you washing the car but the windows are dirty and frankly a hazard. While your employees are not busy, maybe they can keep the windows and mirrors clean.

I had a great experience with National at Logan Airport. The car was a Ford Explorer fully equipped with seat & steering wheel heaters which was so welcome with sub freezing temperatures! The rental process was very simple & the staff were very friendly and helpful. Go National!
