About National Car Rental
National Car Rental in East Boston offers a convenient and efficient car rental experience, especially for Emerald Club members who can skip the counter and choose their vehicle directly from the aisle. Many customers appreciate the friendly and helpful employees, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. Vehicles are typically clean and well-maintained, with a variety of options available, although some reviews mention occasional shortages.
Customers have reported positive experiences with both the rental and return process, although returning vehicles at Logan Airport can be tricky for those unfamiliar with the area. One customer highlighted excellent customer service after receiving a refund for a new charging cable purchased during their rental. However, there have been isolated complaints regarding fuel charges, with one customer feeling unfairly billed for an empty tank.
Overall, National Car Rental is recognized for its reliability and quality service, making it a popular choice for travelers in the Boston area.
