I had SUCH a pleasant experience. Had no idea this was a BLACK OWNED BANK. I was greeted, assisted and properly informed. I created a checkings account today and left with a goodie bag. I definitely will be back. Mrs Renea was AMAZING and super helpful. I will definitely be recommending to family and friends.

Was tight with the whole canceling my card a month before expiration date until i activate new card however i found out i can deposit money to account at atm who knew
