The M & T bank that opened on Boylston Street in the Back Bay is wonderful. The staff is helpful and friendly. Raymond is a particular stand-out but everyone is good. I wish M&T paid higher CD rates but that isn't up to any local branch. I have recently moved but will continue to do business with the Back Bay branch.

Well I've been using people's United Bank for 3 years. The Copley branch with the employees have been very reliable.

Was enjoying my bank but now not so much.the online banking app keeps locking me out 4 24 hrs cause of there security system. Now I have to go to the bank was enjoying my app but they keep changing it. Now gonna pull my account and find other bank with a easier system than this. Don t like being locked out of my account
