I use several virtual mailboxes in different states, and I had to close this one because of constant overcharging. Fees are tripled for no clear reason it feels like being ripped off on every transaction.
**Update after the owner’s reply:
That response is not accurate. I use the same company for all of my virtual mailboxes. If the owner wants the negative reviews to stop, honesty and transparency would be a good place to start.

I should have caught the names of the 2 gentlemen that helped me ship packages to Jamaica. Thank you! You put in extra effort and time to get things out. Jamaica needs the help and you jumped in to action. May God bless you. Matthew 25:40 please read it.

They don't offer First-Class or Ground Advantage shipping. Instead, they charge over $30 for a small Priority Mail envelope, which costs around $8 at the Post Office!

Here’s an updated one-star review that incorporates your long-term experience:
One Star Review:
I’ve used PostNet at 6 Liberty Square for several years, and while I’ve stayed because it’s a hassle to move your mail, especially when you have multiple businesses, the service has been terrible from the start—and it’s only gotten worse. They charge outrageous fees, often 10-15 times more than regular postal rates, and regularly violate postal regulations. They hold your mail hostage, forcing you to pay ridiculous amounts just to get your items. Their systems constantly fail, and instead of owning up to their issues, they blame you. It’s frustrating beyond belief—if you’re considering using their services, save yourself the headache and avoid them entirely. Their digital systems do not work properly.

Walked in for notary and was served in a timely manner and only charged $1.25. I was more than pleased with the service.

Unfortunately I can't recommend this place. They are not transparent about their fees and they don't advertise them. I was set up with PostNet through Anytime Mailbox. I didn't know the kind of service I would be getting until my first piece of mail arrived and I needed it forwarded. They charged me $99 for a regular size envelope. Next time I clicked "least expensive" option and they charged me $25 for a regular size envelope. I paid Anytime Mailbox $257 dollars for 5 FREE forwards however PostNet unfortunately does not respect that contract. I asked Anytime for a refund and have an email from Anytime stating Postnet rejected my request for a refund. I wish I could recommend because it would a great service if they were transparent and honest about their services.

Do not trust this service. I have just cancelled my account. On 2 different occasions over the last 6 months, a monthly check that I receive religiously on the 5th, was not entered into the system and put into my box until late in the month - once on the 18th and this month on the 21st. Each time I called, the guy was very annoyed and nasty, and told me the checks had not arrived. He once even raised his voice!I finally received notification that I had mail, on the 21st this month. I saw that my check was there, but the "received" date stated....the 5th. It had been sitting there the whole month. When I called he brushed it off and told me to call customer service, which I did, and guess what? They told me that he is responsible for entering mail into the system and putting it into the box. SO MAD.

This place is run by what might be one of the most miserable people on earth. Spoke in a rude and mocking way and it felt like he went out of his way to be as little help as possible. Incredibly difficult and god forbid you ask for any help as he’ll just tell you to go online. Steer clear of this place. And Matt I don’t know who hurt you, but I hope they do it again.

Not recommended. My experiences have been similar to other one-star reviews. Important mail that needs to be physically forwarded takes several days just to get out of their facility. They would lose more customers if it wasn't such an ordeal to change a corporate address.

Nice little shipping shop downtown Boston between Post Office Square and the waterfront. They do UPS drop off and supplies, which is sometimes hard to find downtown with all the FedEx locations everywhere. Great customer service with my experience thus far.

Absolutely the WORST place to get a mailbox. I scheduled a pick up online for a specific day and when I showed up at the exact day and time, I was told that the mail was not there. Supposedly the mail was at some "storage facility" What?? This happened twice already and I missed important appointments because the piece of mail I needed wasn't ready for me to pick up. The website clearly gives an option to schedule a specific day and time but they rarely actually have the mail ready for you when you come to pick it up. What is the point of scheduling a pick up and wasting my time showing up then?? Not to mention, I get charged each time! Stay away from this place. Absolutely the worst customer service. I am canceling my mailbox with them.
