PostNet is a shipping and printing services business located in downtown Boston, near the Post Office Square and the waterfront. The business offers UPS drop-off and shipping supplies, which can be hard to find in the area with the abundance of FedEx locations. Customers have praised the great customer service they have experienced at the shop, with one reviewer describing the service as "very pleasant." However, the reviews also highlight some issues with the business's virtual mailbox service. Customers have reported a $5 fee for each appointment to pick up their mail, and they can only do so by appointment. Additionally, the customer service for this service has been criticized, with one reviewer describing a poor experience where they were not greeted or thanked despite being the only customer in the store. Overall, PostNet seems to be a reliable and convenient option for shipping and printing services in the downtown Boston area, but its virtual mailbox service may not be the best choice for some customers.
I should have caught the names of the 2 gentlemen that helped me ship packages to Jamaica. Thank you! You put in extra effort and time to get things out. Jamaica needs the help and you jumped in to action. May God bless you. Matthew 25:40 please read it.

Walked in for notary and was served in a timely manner and only charged $1.25. I was more than pleased with the service.

Nice little shipping shop downtown Boston between Post Office Square and the waterfront. They do UPS drop off and supplies, which is sometimes hard to find downtown with all the FedEx locations everywhere. Great customer service with my experience thus far.
