Very easy and convenient rental procedure. I was able to do it online without any hassle. The process was very user friendly and quick. Also they have great options to help cater to what you need. I was able to choose 24hr access which you can't find everywhere. If you need it, i'm sure they can provide it. Definitely recommend

Prime storage, specifically Akeido, has been so helpful and accommodating with storage in my moving process between apartments. They are very responsive, seem to truly care about their customers, and the storage units are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend their storage services and will definitely use them in the future.

This place sucks.
They have rats and the GM is weird. Your rates will increase after a month & they will claim it’s because of others. Just don’t deal with them. Access codes don’t work. Was a nightmare

I would like to express on how the employees at prime storage must love their job. Mario was great, exceptionally professional, helpful, and also made my friend's transition to the storage facility an amazing experience. The circumstances in which led to them storing their personal belongings was a difficult decision but the experience with Mario was pleasant and they definitely felt at ease. Thank you Mario
