very simple process to buy & store your items. the staff are also so so kind. i was able to get a generous discount on my rate from customer service and Mario helped me access my stuff after i forgot my keys. super helpful in a time of hopelessness. overall supper kind staff and easy going process. 10/10 recommend! :)
