Lisa is great! She was super helpful on the phone – organized, to-the-point, understanding, funny. This place is great for students storing things over the summer.

Lisa is an excellent employee. Despite a stressful situation of a power outage at the facility she still accommodated our needs and we were able to still access our storage unit quickly and easily. Lisa is an amazing example of customer service under pressure.
