  The staff is rude and dismissive. There’s a disconnect between what the nurses and doctors tell you vs what quest diagnostic does.

  Two hour wait for simple blood work. Staff was rude, abusive, and made basic errors.

  They now only take Fenway health patients. Either that or they just like turning people away! We spent $30 to take an Uber here with a broken foot, and they turned us away even though they were open, because we are not Fenway health patients. They told us this is a new rule. Sept 2024.
