About Quest Diagnostics
Quest Diagnostics provides a range of testing services, including COVID-19 antibody testing, which requires an appointment. Located across from St. Elizabeth's Hospital Emergency Room, the facility offers routine lab tests, pediatric specialty services, and wellness assessments. The hours of operation are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. Patients are encouraged to visit the website for preparation tips and to schedule appointments. Many reviews highlight the exceptional staff, particularly the phlebotomists, who are noted for their professionalism, kindness, and calming presence during blood draws. Customers report quick service, often being in and out within 10 to 15 minutes when arriving on time for their appointments. However, some visitors have mentioned occasional understaffing and longer wait times for those without appointments. Overall, Quest Diagnostics is regarded as a reliable choice for lab tests, with friendly service that enhances the patient experience. Visitors are advised to book appointments online and allow some flexibility in their schedules to accommodate potential delays. The location, while described as mediocre, is supported by a dedicated and cheerful staff that makes the process smoother.

Aquinta was fantastic. I was really nervous because people always have a hard time finding my veins. She was very hygienic and explained every step to me. Found my vein on the first try. She was so kind, patient, and seemed like such a lovely person. Thank you, Aquinta for taking care of me. Bless you. 🫂💛

Always clean and organized. The People who draw the blood do a fine job except for the last blood draw I had. I have a huge bruise where the blood accumulated as the needle was being withdrawn.
three other did excellent jobs.

I see all the negative reviews from people simply not wanting to wait. The company doesn't provide more workers. It is very hard to draw and process with one person and another person coming in late. This is a great place to drop specimens off at. They do their best with what they can.
