Funny, before the reviews I was expecting poor service, but Pooja was wonderful!”
“The low ratings had me nervous, but I had a very pleasant experience. I was 15 minutes late, so my appointment was treated as a walk-in, but I was still seen quickly. The phlebotomist was very nice and accommodated my request for the reclining chair and asked for my preference on getting a countdown versus surprising me. They were skilled at the blood draw and did not blow my vein (as happened elsewhere the last two times I had that done) so it was as painless as it could be.”

“I’ve always had a great experience here! I usually make appointments for first thing in the morning and find that there is little to no wait time then. My phlebotomist today, Aquinta, was lovely - I can sometimes get a bit lightheaded with blood draws, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and feeling ok before leaving (this does take a bit more time, so apologies to the folks after me in the waiting room, but also keep in mind that sometimes the long waits here are due to tricky patients like myself and no fault of the staff!)”
