I had a terrible experience here. In September, I went to this Quest location for blood work. I made an appointment, yet they were 40 minutes late to see me. There was an older woman who didn’t speak English, struggling with the Quest Tablet. It was so bad that I tried to help her check in myself. Why wasn’t there a staff member present to assist customers? Why did a customer have to do it? Ridiculous. After finally being approached by a staff member, I showed them my lab slip. They took around 20 minutes to record it in their system, insisting calling the provider. I have never had this occur at any Quest before. Very odd and disorganized. At this point it is an hour after my scheduled appointment without getting my blood drawn. Finally, the phlebotomist starts to take my blood. He was kind but he seemed incompetent when it comes to finding small veins. He tried several times to get a vein and when the needle was drawing my blood, it hurt a lot. Afterwords, it was evident he punctured a vein as I had a significantly large bruise form around the site. I would NOT recommend this place. Slow, disorganized, and poor phlebotomy skills resulting in a popped vein and painful bruise that was there for weeks. If you can’t draw blood from small veins why work as a phlebotomist?? Go somewhere else!

AWFUL. This used to be such a good test center, then you made the glass opaque and put up that ridiculous sign in portal that even the staff struggle with. It is a nightmare for non-English speakers. I waited two and a half hours. There was only one staff member who was rude, officious, and bureauratic. An old Chinese woman who had help from another patient to sign in, waited for an hour, but he (staff) refused to take her because the useless system had not captured her helpers input. Even the helper said, “she was here before me” but Mr. Officious ignored that. I then had to help this poor old woman make an appointment. I first tried the phone: USELESS. After multiple tries I then used the website on my phone and again after multiple tries we made an appointment for her. Get your act together Quest.

For many years, I go to this location, and always everything was good. But this time 06/13/2025, kiosks was not working properly, it did not give option for stand by, not just for me, it happened to other patients too. When we ask for help, staff member instead of helping us throw booklets and in my face . Looks like nobody care about patients at all.

Don't go here. Looks like only 1 person working in the whole location. Long wait time and they don't communicate with you. Awful professionalism. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I had an appointment at 8:20 for which I was there at 8:10. No one was there until 9:00 that I left. No sign, no announcements!

This is the worst Quest I have ever been to. I go to Quest frequently and always have great experiences but this location has major issues. It is so untidy and borderline unsanitary. If the state was to walk in here unexpectedly, I know for a fact they would flag them. Not to mention how rude and condescending the staff is. I had one phlebotomist who was so rude to an older woman who was having issues with the check in tablet. He was so condescending towards her and offered no help. He literally stood over her and watched her struggle so that’s when I jumped in. She was very overwhelmed and nervous she was going to miss her appointment so I was helping her find the original email with the QR code and he even got aggressive with me when I was helping her. Please remember the older generation did not grow up with this type of technology so we need to give them grace and I think people forget that. I’m always a helping hand in those situations so it really irritated me that he then tried to then intimate me by basically telling me not to help her and she could “figure it out on her own”. That did not fly with me and I told him to not speak to me in that manner and i’ll continue to assist her for as long as she needs. He also was condescending towards another gentlemen trying to use the check in tablet so it seems to be a reoccurring thing for this phlebotomist. I will never come back here.

Before 5:30 they already locked the door, about 10 minutes or more before. In this place you can't talk to anyone. Worst place related to health I've ever been. I don't recommend it.

Had an 11:10 appt. Was called in 11:20am. Immediately the phlebotomist said there are no lab orders faxed over from my doctor. There was a urine cup; but I only came in for bloodwork. i began to ask her if there was any cbc, comp, A1c, and she cut me off saying “you can rattle off all the labs you want but I have no labs in for you” rude. Disrespectful. Didn’t let the patient finish speaking. I got up and left. Won’t ever come back here again.

Pretty much your average quest. Certainly better than some that I’ve been to and worse than others. But it serves a purpose: blood labs covered by insurance. If your PCP doesn’t offer bloodwork directly, I’m not sure where else you can go.

Benny was the most amazing phlebotomist I have ever met. Incredibly kind and such a calm presence to have when getting blood drawn. Her training and professionalism made this experience so quick and easy. Hands down the best location to go to! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Thank you Benny!
