My favorite workout in Boston! The instructors are much more attentive to form compared to other studios I've been to, and it results in a far better workout and experience. In particular, I love Katrina and Catherine's classes!

I’ve been trying to find something low impact and this is definitely it!!! SLT instructors are great and have never had a bad class from the 2 weeks trial I’m doing!
