However, there was an issue with mailing checks to an outdated address, which almost led to theft and account compromise, highlighting some reckless mistakes. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, and the bank’s app is generally reliable, though some deposits still require in-person visits. The branch stands out for its friendly staff and good service, but customers should be cautious about security and address updates.
