Raven is an exceptional person to work with. Today, I visited her office to get a replacement debit card and also requested a balance transfer card. She was very knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions and concerns with expertise. I will definitely return to work with her and the rest of the staff in the future.

The staff is totally friendly, and it's a reasonably good bank. It has a very high standard as a local bank compared to BofA, etc, yet I have not faced any critical issues.
